Payment Method

At SmashCrown, all payments are accepted only through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). No other payment methods, including cash, card, or net banking, are supported at this time.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will be confirmed only after the payment is successfully received.
  • If the payment fails or remains pending, the booking will not be processed.
  • Users must ensure that they complete the UPI transaction within the specified time to secure their slot.

No Refund & No Rescheduling

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Please review your booking details carefully before proceeding with the payment.

Transaction Issues

  • If a payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, please contact our support team with payment proof for verification.
  • In case of duplicate payments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed at the sole discretion of Crown Builders after verification.
